Important Notice 

If you have received a Shutoff Notice and are paying on the day service is scheduled to be shut off or has already been shut off, please be sure to call in your confirmation number if you paid online through Xpress Bill Pay. Call our office at 970-285-9050.

Once your service has been shut off, you must pay a $50 on-site service fee in addition to your full balance to have service restored. Service will not be restored outside of regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)

There is a $20 non-sufficient funds fee for returned electronic payments.
