Welcome to the Battlement Mesa Metropolitan District Community. Please contact our office by phone, or you can print out the Service Application and Agreement (if available) to apply for service. We look forward to serving your water needs.

If you are a homeowner occupying the home, please complete the 'Homeowner Water/Sewer Service Application"

If you are a homeowner utilizing a property management company, please complete the 'Property Management Water/Sewer Service Application'. Both homeowner, property manager and tenant (if applicable) need to sign the application. 

If you are a homeowner who has a tenant that is renting the home, please complete the 'Rental Property Water/Sewer Service Application'. Both homeowner and tenant need to sign the application. 

If you are starting service in Saddleback Village (RHP), please complete the 'RHP Property Water/Sewer Service Application'. Both the homeowner/tenant and an RHP representative need to sign the application.
